Overview
The South Houston 150 MW development site extends GR1D's operating footprint into a campus-scale AI data center. The site is under contract with Phase 1 buildout underway, designed for hyperscale and sovereign AI customers that need 50–150 MW of dedicated, GPU-dense capacity.
Like every GR1D site, it is built on owned land with pre-secured transmission access — compressing the typical 18–36 month construction timeline to 6–12 months once power is in place.
